Bourbon and Burn is held twice a year, once in the Spring and once again in the Autumn. Personally, if I were only to come to one, I would make it the one in Fall. The weather is generally nicer and there is just something nice about being in the mountains in the fall. Then again the spring is usually warmer. Hell, both of them are pretty damn fun.
